Rockaway Music & Arts Council, Inc. held its 25th Annual Fall Festival with the
Chamber of Commerce of The Rockaways Annual New York Kite Festival
 on Saturday, September 12th and Sunday, September 13th, 2009
at Riis Park, Gateway National Recreation Area.

RMAC's Annual Fall Festival is a family fun weekend having no equal on the Rockaway Peninsula. The  Festival was held in historic Riis Park, which is part of Gateway National Recreation Area, NPS. The Festival brought thousands of visitors to Riis Park to view and/or buy the many arts and crafts exhibited. They partook of good food, music, and kids' activities; visited the education area; and enjoyed the performers and demonstrations presented throughout the day.

RMAC's Fall Festival Program lists all of the vendors participating in the festival. The program also features a map of the site making it easy for visitors to find what they might be looking for.
